SCHOOL'S OUT!!!!! WOOOO!!!!
I (barely) survived another semester at the Y. Let's just say that was by far my hardest semester and I'm glad it's over.
Finals were last week and I finished by Wednesday so that I could meet my momma. That way, she could help me move my things out and clean my apartment. Props to her for being willing to do that! Thanks Momma! She called me around 2 and told me to meet her at the hotel so that we could get started. She'd been nagging me to be pretty much packed by the time she got to Utah so there wasn't too much to do when she arrived. I drove to the hotel, parked, and went up to Room 627 to meet her. She opened the door and I gave her the biggest hug ever. I was definitely needing some love from my momma after finals. We started talking and I walked into the room when all of the sudden...
My sister Ali popped out of the bathroom! She surprised me! I (literally) jumped into her arms and started bawling like a baby. I have no idea how they kept her coming a secret for so long but I was SO happy to see her! Thanks for paying half your ticket to see me Boo, it meant a lot. :)
After eating at every popular place in Provo (In N Out, Jamba Juice, Cafe Rio, etc.), we packed everything into my car and cleaned my apartment and we were off! We stayed the night in Bountiful with my grandparents and Aunt Sue was in town! It was good to see her before I left too!
Early Friday morning, we got up and were in the car by 7. We drove 13 hours to Lincoln, Nebraska. What a LONG day! At least we all had fun driving and singing to the radio and talking. There was some wind and snow blowing on the roads for a bit but it wasn't too bad.
Saturday, we were up again and off by 7:30 or 8. I drove the whole day (7 hours!) and we made it to St. Louis by 2:30 or 3:00. Not too shabby! Thanks for the fun road trip ladies. :)
It's been great to be home with the fam for a few days before heading off to Paris on Thursday. We've played hours of Rockband (our family band "Dump" NOTE: My dad named the band, not me! is trying to earn a plane) and we've almost got it! A few more shows and we should get it. I also got to be home for Easter! That was a lot of fun and the easter bunny left me some delish chocolate and some cute shoes - two of my most favorite things!
Today the kids didn't have school so we went to see the new movie Rio. SO STINKIN' CUTE! Totally recommend it. Oh! And for family home evening tonight, we went to Ted Drewes for some frozen custard in the pouring rain. Oh family bonding time, how I've missed you.

Steele chicas in their Easter outfits!
